An exciting opportunity has arisen at a central location in Coventry. Our client, an entrepreneurial leadership organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join them on a 3 month temporary contract to provide additional support to the Deputy CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
*Event booking
*Creating mail merges
*Managing spread sheets
*Booking delegates onto events
*Supporting staff
*Handling incoming calls
*Dealing with queries
*Arranging catering and accommodation for programmes

Person Specification:
*Previous administration experience essential
*Experienced with the Microsoft Suite
*Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively
*Be able to prioritise workload
*Excellent personal organisation and time management skills
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
