Our client, a leading testing, inspection and calibration company who have been established for over 30 years are looking for an Administrator to join their Coventry based office to ensure proper flow of office procedures and supports the office managers by carrying out common office duties.
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting incoming mail
Manages reception area and looks after visitors
Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Responsible for calibration certification
Responsible for logging of Data Cards and assist with invoicing
Interacts with Managers and carries out their requests
Takes meeting notes
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Preparation of delivery notes and parcels
Manages process of incoming purchase orders to dispatch of parcels
Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

Skills and Experience:

Prior office experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work without supervision
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office programs
Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong record keeping skills
Presentation skills, including welcoming guests
Ability to multitask
