We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join one of our clients as a Clerical Assistant, providing a quality customer service to support the administration duties of the business.
As Administrator you will:
Assist the team with day to day administration across all the business departments including the financial administration
Point of contact to deal with enquires via phone, face to face or email to both internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting in preparing agendas, meeting minutes and any other documents required as per business needs, ensuring follow up actions are completed
Maintain appropriate filing and record systems both manually and electronically adhering to data security regulations.
Act as secretary to help book and organise meetings and other activities undertaken by the members of the department. To participate as and when needed
Operate the group mailbox ensuring information is communicated to the correct person
Experience & Education:
Educate to GCSE level or equivalent including a minimum of a Grade C or above in Maths and English
Experience of Administration Skills
Experience of using MS office ideally word, excel and outlook
The ideal candidate will have:
Show they have excellent customer service skills
Strong written and communication skills including communicating in a professional manner.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload with the flexibility to adapt accordingly
You will have the ability to use your own initiative as well as proactively working in a team.
