Working on behalf of our prestigious client, one of the biggest employers within Coventry is looking to recruit experienced Receptionist/Administrators due to growth of its student accommodation and commercial lettings provision across the City.
The roles seeks motivated and enthusiastic individuals who can provide efficient and effective Reception support and day to day operation of brand new halls of residence and existing portfolio of owned and managed halls and houses.

As a Halls Receptionist, you will be an ambassador for their company, with primary responsibility to provide a warm welcome to all incoming students, visitors, staff and guests.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service within a busy environment. You must be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks whilst working under the minimum supervision. Excellent communication, orally and in written form is an essential attribute for this post as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience of working in a higher education environment is advantageous but not essential. 37.5 hours per week (7 positions) with shifts starting from 0830 to 1900 on 5/7 as required.
The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness and the ability to work outside normal working hours on a 5 over 7 working arrangement.
