Our client based in Warwick is looking to recruit a HR Assistant/administrator to join busy Human Resources team.
Responsibilities and Duties
*Process ID badges - pick up requests from our in-house system, ensuring that photos and all details are correct. Print off badges and assemble them, sending them on to the line managers responsible.
*Scanning of Employee and Sub-contractor records and then filing the documents electronically
*Update organisation charts - checking details with line managers
*Check and update data on the HR IS
*Collate employee terms and conditions data from Personnel files, payroll and other internal sources onto a spread sheet to be uploaded to the HR System.
*Hard copy filing.
*Organising the files and admin systems within the HR office.
*Other administration / HR duties as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must have:
*Proven skills and experience as an administrator.
*Word & Excel to intermediate standard.
*Experience of working with confidential data - online and in hard copy.
*An eye for detail, with a high level of accuracy.
Ideally candidates will have:
*Experience of working in a busy Human Resources department.
*Knowledge of SelectHR or similar HR system
