Salary: £20,000- £22,000 Salary to be agreed depending on experience
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Our client is currently has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Executive in their Head Office based in Warwick.
This role is a permanent position for an experienced Internal Account Executive and will require you to work closely with internal and external stakeholders in delivering an exemplary level of customer service whilst managing a challenging portfolio of accounts.
You will also pro-actively manage internal accounts providing first class customer service. You will need to maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with our customers, ensuring that all queries and issues are resolved efficiently and within the department's service level agreement. You will be jointly responsible for customer retention in conjunction with the sales teams, working together closely to ensure the company builds a long term relationship with the customer.
Requirements of the Internal Accounts Executive:
*Previous experience of business-to-business customer service would be an advantage
*Good customer service skills; responsive to internal and external customers' needs
*Confident ability to communicate at all levels via telephone, face to face and by email
*Ability to be proactive in identifying customer needs and opportunities
*Ability to manage internal suppliers (Purchasing, Distribution, Installation etc.) to satisfy customer needs
*At least intermediate level of competence with Excel and other Microsoft packages
*Ability to work independently and manage your own workload and priorities
*Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
*Excellent attention to detail
*Enthusiastic and a good team player
*Ability to drive is an advantage, for occasional travel to customer locations.
As an Internal Account Executive, you will be required to:
*To act as an Internal Sales Executive for nominated Account Managers and to assist in the maintenance and development of existing and new customers.
*Enable sales orders and their transactions to be fully recorded, and to ensure that they are processed in a controlled manner, allowing products to be supplied to the customer, correctly and at the due date. To ensure that these orders are tracked and invoiced in a timely way.
*Keep up to date with new products and to work efficiently and accurately in a team based environment.
*Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
*To manage and control reasonable and appropriate levels of equipment stock availability, from both Customer perspective. To ensure that Customer stores are supplied with the correct equipment necessary for normal operational purposes and that budget spend is reported upon and managed effectively.
*Establishing and maintaining close operational relationships with Finance and Buying team in the Customer to ensure that there is a smooth flow to equipment supply, budgets are managed effectively and that account payments are up to date to prevent any potential interruption to equipment supplies, Enable sales orders and their transactions to be fully recorded.
*To maintain and develop Relationships in the Customers through appropriate propositions and ethical methods.
