Inventory Co-ordinator
England, Warwickshire, Rugby - £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

Description:

We are currently working on behalf of our prestigious client and they are renowned for their ethos in staff welfare and development and we are currently recruiting a Inventory Coordinator.

1.Proactively manage the stock profile for your assigned portfolio, driving efficiencies through collaboration with internal colleagues and supplier partners.

2.Act as gatekeeper for the business concerning inventory decisions within your area of responsibility, challenging internal and external requests as appropriate.

3.Manage the ordering cycle for all product within your portfolio ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved.

4.Working to develop and manage relationships with all relevant suppliers, ensuring HUK requirements are communicated, understood, and that supplier performance is monitored.

5.Support the introduction of new products/suppliers to HUK, ensuring that due consideration is given to relevant inventory aspects so as to minimise commercial risk for the business, whilst achieving service level targets.
As required, manage efficiently the exit of product from the UK business.

6.Working collaboratively within the Supply Chain function to maintain absolute data integrity within your supplier/product portfolio, facilitating operational efficiencies and supporting timely responses to market opportunities.

7.Support regular reporting to the business of progress, risks and opportunities.

8.Act as an ambassador within the UK market, raising our brand profile and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers, industry bodies - supporting the positioning of HUK as a key player in the market.

9.Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of inventory processes to meet business needs and objectives.

10.Undertake and commit to a tailored self-development plan that will support your progression through to realise future opportunities.

11.To undertake any other duties as may be required time to time by the group directors or your manager
