We are recruiting on behalf our prestigious training organisation for a new franchise based in Oxford, for an experienced Project Administrator.
Job Purpose: Provide administrative support to the organisation
Duties & Responsibilities: * Adhoc duties for the MD such as diary and inbox management
* Creating agendas ahead of meetings
* Taking minutes and issuing action logs
* Making travel arrangements for the organisation
* Support in creation of Board level and other adhoc reports
* Support the finance manager with adhoc duties
* Assist with other adhoc admin tasks such as monthly expense / credit card claims
Candidate Specification: Proven experience of providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Deliverables: Prepare for meetings including timely production of
agendas, minutes and documents.
Anticipate and respond to the needs of the MD and business
Establishing and maintain good relationships with key individuals.

Fully competent in the use of MS applications such as
