We are currently looking for two driven individuals to join an ever expanding team, to support in administration duties on the day-to-day basis. You will be expected to demonstrate flexible approach to work and willingness to engage in number of different duties.
-Assist and support on business and customer care improvements, liaising with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
-Coordinate and monitor the progress of business objectives and reporting to various stakeholders with regular updates.
-Updating and maintaining all administration spreadsheets/databases required within the department.
-Coordinating and supporting the production of any required research and reports.
-Word process various documents, including presentations, papers and reports as well as any promotional literature and undertake filling and archiving.
-Arranging meeting with internal and external stakeholders, note taking during meetings ensuring actions are recorded and distributed and managing departmental email and calendars.
-Manage priorities and workload is essential.
-Respond to all enquiries from all relevant internal and external sources via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.
-Relevant and demonstrable administration experience is essential.
-Experience of document management.
-Excellent oral and written communication.
-Excellent experience in Microsoft packages/SharePoint/Office 365/OneDrive.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Outstanding attention to detail and must have an ability to adapt and take-on additional tasks as requested.
